If the Status displays a Non-critical or Critical Error for a scheduled job, move your cursor over the Status description to see the mouse-over text for an error explanation.

Some reasons for errors include:

  • You do not have permission to add Resources to the selected CERF destination.  Check in CERF to see what your access role is for the destination collection.  This information will be displayed in the Status Pane in the Resource Info panel (or Resource Info dialog) when you select the destination collection in the Document Tree.
  • The user is already logged into the CERF client with the same credentials and the business policy for auto log-off is set to False
  • The destination in CERF has been inactivated, deleted, archived, renamed, or its access has been changed.

Note that if you experience an error for a reason that is subsequently corrected, you may have to enable a job to start it up again (select the job and click on Enable).
